WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
When you first arrive at Hybrid Muay Thai, all you need are some comfy athletic clothes and a water bottle. We’ve got the rest covered.
As far as gear for any Muay Thai class, we can lend you gloves and shin guards at no charge for your trial class.
You might be nervous about your first class. That’s perfectly normal! As soon as you enter HMT you will feel the warm and family like environment and that nervousness will turn into excitement.
ARE MUAY THAI CLASSES BEGINNER FRIENDLY?
Absolutely! Our Muay Thai classes are very beginner friendly. We welcome all experience levels and make sure new students feel comfortable learning at their own pace. Our coaches break down techniques step by step, and you're never thrown into anything you're not ready for. Whether you're looking to get in shape, learn self-defense, or just try something new, we've got you covered! 👊
HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?
We have a few different membership options depending on how often you’d like to train. The best way to get started is with our beginner trial and it gives you a chance to check out the gym, meet the coaches, and see how the classes work.
